The Artist’s Barn Studio

Welcome to charming Rehoboth Beach where you can shop, dine and enjoy the seashore. The apartment is directly on the bike trail which we highly recommend you explore using the 4 provided bikes! It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. Newly renovated with thoughtful artistic touches and high quality comfort. We strive to make our guest experiences exceptional!

This first floor condo is conveniently located in a family-friendly community with all you need within walking distance, including several restaurants and a grocery store. A short and easy 3-mile drive to Lewes Beach and the charming town of Lewes makes this an ideal location. Amenities include access to two pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and kids play area. The Georgetown Lewes Biking/Walking Trail, that connects to the town of Lewes, is literally steps from our front door.

Newark is a college town with restaurants, history museum, library and small stores. The studio is in a quiet, residential, quaint and walkable neighborhood. You will love this bright open condo, with a vaulted ceiling in the family room.There are gleaming wood floors throughout the main living areas. The large wrap around 3 season room has a large sitting area along with a table for dining with beautiful pond views. The master suite features a large walk in closet and master bath with the guest bedrooms & bathroom on the opposite side. Plantations is a beautiful community with green space, ponds, mature landscaping and walking paths.

Peaceful off the beaten path on the Delaware Bay

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Lovely off the beaten path bay house. Enjoy nature. Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. You may also see black sand depending on what the tide is doing. cold weather discounts in place on calendar.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the farm. You will see horses, cows, goats, chickens & ducks. Family friendly. Animals roam the property & are safe to pet. You will hear many farm noises such as roosters crowing, cows mooing & more. This home is located in the country & a min of 5 miles from stores and shopping. Full kitchen, 1 full bathroom & 1 queen bed included. Upon request Queen Air Mattress or Twin Bed can be provided.

The Lighthouse

Centrally located in northern Delaware with easy on/off access to 95 and 495. Newer construction, built in 2018. One large bedroom with KING size bed, 1.5 bath, private entrance, living room and full eat in kitchen. Work station area. Twin size pull out in living room. Free WiFi and large smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Deck off of the kitchen and upstairs deck off of the bedroom. Laundry located in bedroom upstairs. NO CLEANING FEE
