There are 140 acres to explore and utilize for events like weddings or a retreats. There is a half acre pond with a pond house at the top of the property and a trout stream running along the bottom. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Small cozy cabin that my father originally built for hunters. After I graduated from high school I lived in it for 12 years. 2 of which was with my now husband. Small open cabin with loft. Ladder to loft space and two twin beds. Small bathroom. Kitchen. Not much privacy, we live down the road, but are there at least twice a day taking care of our pigs, chickens and gardens.
