The upstairs unit of the on-site house is centrally located on our property with a full kitchen and dining room, living room, master bedroom, and upstairs loft. The apartment features a queen bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the private loft, and a day bed that converts to a king in the living room. Please note that the upstairs loft is accessible via a short curved steep stairwell.

Legendary Riverwood Resort is a half-mile north of downtown Delta. Walk our 1/3rd of a mile of Gunnison River frontage, relax in your private, fenced-in patio, and explore the adventure of the Western Slope. Gold Medal fishing is just upstream and our section of the Gunnison will make you look like a professional fisherman.
