The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! The master bedroom, kitchen and living areas have beautifully captured the stunning backdrop of Penneshaw Beach and the ocean views of Backstairs Passage and brought it into the home. The flow of the house runs effortlessly from the kitchen through the living area and onto the deck creating an ideal environment for entertaining, while the bedrooms offer adequate privacy.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

Saltwater Holiday House

Saltwater is a purpose-built holiday house located on 20 ha (50 acres) of bushland overlooking the tranquil waters of Pelican Lagoon. Completed in 2019, the house is light-filled and airy, with north-facing windows and deck capturing the winter sun and wonderful views of the lagoon and surrounding bush. The house is simply but tastefully decorated with bamboo flooring, comfortable furnishings and beds, a well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The nearest neighbors are 1 km away.

D'Estrees Bay Shack, Fishing and Surfing

The D'Estrees bay Shack is surrounded by the Cape Gantheaume Conservation Park, 45 minutes from the ferry at Penneshaw and 30 minutes from Kingscote. Remote, basic but comfortable and completely off grid with stand alone solar and rainwater. A perfect place to base yourself to enjoy the wonders of the south coast of Kangaroo Island The bathroom is located separate from the main building with well lit undercover access and plenty of room to shower sandy salty kids. Beonne the Bay at Vivonne Bay, Kangaroo Island

Beonne the Bay is situated at stunning Vivonne Bay. This four-bedroom house easily sleeps 10 people. It can be cosy for a couple with an upstairs bedroom featuring a king size bed and en-suite but equally comfortable for ten, with 2 queen size beds, another living area and bathroom. Just minutes walk to both the Harriet River and the beach or a short drive to Flinders Chase and Little Sahara, you are well positioned to enjoy the many opportunities that Kangaroo Island has to offer.
