Smudge & Commander Muffins won't be in your space while you're with us (& are rarely there otherwise), but if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. This listing is for a private, lower-level, studio apartment. It has its own entrance, living area, kitchenette (hot plate, microwave, kettle, fridge, sink) and bathroom. There is a full-sized bed, sofa and wardrobe. Please note there is no TV. It is spacious, at around 650 sq ft, newly renovated and furnished with unique and hand-built features. The apartment is located in Woodbridge, a residential, quiet and safe neighborhood, about 1.5 miles from Downtown/Midtown.
