Bright clean bunky built in 2016 in our 160 year old barn. The space is new, cozy and offers a chance to spend hours of time with your horses or ours. Nothing like having coffee with the horses.We back on to 30,000 acres of trailed crown land and the Kolapore Trails lending itself to horseback riding, hiking, snow shoeing, mountain biking.

Bruce Trail access is just around the corner, and the towns of Meaford and Owen Sound are a short scenic drive away.

Follow the forest pathway to our 2 new 'glamping bunkies'. The Owl’s Roost features a large loft and treetop deck to surround you with the beauty of nature. Just 1 hr from Pearson and 45 min. to Georgian Bay, Mulmur straddles the Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere. We are next to 400 acres of conservation land in the Pine River Valley including part of the Bruce Trail. Our site can accomodate families, friends or groups. Not a camper? This 100 sq. ft. tiny A-Frame offers cozy comfort with two stackable twin beds that convert into a queen (side-by-side) when desired. Amenities include the essentials: BBQ, drinking and dish water, power box to charge devices and a small light, plus an outhouse with a composting toilet. Centrally located near Old Baldy Lookout, Beaver Valley, Blue Mountain and Duncan Caves. The perfect spot to relax and unwind!

The Upper Deck

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

Do you like camping without the camping? If so, hang out here at the farm for a day or the weekend. Enjoy the stars, have a sauna (ice bath extra $75.00) outdoor shower and a campfire, see deer, or wild turkeys or listen to nothing for a while. Feed the donkeys and chickens or grab a Muskoka chair and a book. It is your time to relax and unwind !
