We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Other than a couple places where some people will have to stoop (air duct in ceiling), it's a totally liveable apt. - livingrm, bedrm, kit, & bath! The duct spot is 5'10" or 11" from floor. Wifi; no TV. Legal street parking.

We have a great location. It is 10-15 min from downtown Ann Arbor and the stadium, but once you come home, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. You can go for a walk in the woods, breath the clean air and rejuvenate. The apartment is cozy but spacious, and surrounded by woods. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
