Lítill eldhúskrókur og stofa í sameiginlegu rými. Baðherbergi með sturtu. Frábært útsýni er í austur, suður og vestur úr húsinu. À sumrin er iðandi og fjölbreytt fuglalíf í umhverfinu og kindur með lömbin á beit í nágrenninu. Auðvelt aðgengi er að húsinu og frí bílastæði. Annað gistihús er í nágrenninu.

Sumarhúsið Flóra er einstakt, íslensk og gamaldags, 12 km frá Egilssstöðum, staðsett efst og í enda í sumarhúsabyggðinni. Einstaklega gott og fagurt útsýni yfir dalinn og Lagarfljótið. Fuglasöngur, kyrrð, rómantík og notalegheit. Flóra er jarðhæð með svefnlofti. Á neðri hæðinni er inngangur, stofa, eldhús, bað og svefnherbergi. Á svefnlofti eru 2 rúm. Öll rúmin eru ný með góðum gæðum. Brattur stigi upp á svefnloft. Húsbúnaður er bæði nýtískulegur og gamaldags. Á verönd eru stólar og borð.

The sleeping area, situated upstairs and accessible via a bit narrow, winding stairs, features three comfortable beds separated by curtains for added privacy. The well-equipped kitchen providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our space perfectly blends modern amenities with retro charm, ensuring a delightful experience.

Beautiful, warm and cosy cottage for 2 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.

The cottage is on a small and quiet family run farm, 8 km to the town Egilsstaðir. These small houses are cozy and heated with geothermal energy, the cottages can be booked all year around. We provide linen, towels, tea and Coffee for no extra charge. The surrounding area consists of a river, trees, northern lights, beautiful nature and during the winter time you might even see some reindeers wandering around.

Honeymoon Cabin with Hot tub and treasure hunt

Our Honeymoon cottage is the perfect place for those who seek a genuine Icelandic experience with a private hot tub overlooking the fiord. The cabin is just a couple of minute drive from Seydisfyordur. You might even spot some whales while having a bbq. Don’t miss to hike and visit Vestdalur waterfalls that is a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is provided with dvds, books and vintage video games.

Berunes Tiny House for Best Friends - The Smithy

An unique Tiny House, a compact living space for friends. It is part of the Historic Farmhouse, in a former Smithy. The House is opposite the Community Church and Graveyard. Close by the popular Berunes Restaurant, open from June to August ´26. The restaurant takes pride in serving an ever-changing menu inspired by local ingredients, ensuring a delightful culinary journey during your stay.

The Cozy Corner – A Peaceful Home in Egilsstaðir

Welcome to The Cozy Corner – a peaceful little home in Egilsstaðir. Tucked away in a quiet area at the edge of town, this apartment is the perfect resting place during your East Iceland adventures. This is my full-time home, and there are some cupboards reserved for my personal things, but rest assured, there is plenty of space left for your belongings.

In Fljótsdal next to the farm Hóll in Norðurdalur is Hólshýsi. A cosy cottage that is surrounded by endless adventures and sounds of nature and wildlife. Close to countless highlights such as Hengifoss, Hallormstaður, the Wilderness Center and Laugarfell.

Gíslastaðir - Cottage

The cottage is located near the owner’s farm with lovely views over the nearby stream to the mountains behind. It is around 12 Km from Egilsstaðir and is well situated for exploring the spectacular nature of East Iceland. The farm offers horse riding.

Sæberg, comfort in the fjord

Newly renovated building set in the fjord of Seyðisfjörður, 7 km away from the town centre. The house was a school in the older days but has now been given a modern design with beautiful views and the feeling of being away from everything.
