Doğayla iç içe,evinizde gibi hissedeceğiniz villalarımıza hoşgeldiniz.Datça merkeze yalnızca 6km mesafedeki konumumuz sayesinde hem sakinliğin tadını çıkarabilir hem de plajlara,restoranlara ve gezilecek noktalara araçla 5–10 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz.Aynı geniş ve bakımlı bahçe içerisinde toplam 4 villa bulunmaktadır.Villalarımızın ortasında yer alan yüzme havuzu ortak kullanım alanıdır.Geniş ve ferah bahçemiz;dinlenmek,çocuklarla güvenle vakit geçirmek ve açık havada keyif yapmak için uygundur.

Yakınımızda özel günlük ağacı ormanı , yürüyüş yolu , nehir ve çeşitli yöresel restoranlar bulunmaktadır . 5-15 dk süre içerisinde İncekum Beach , Boncuk bay , Akyaka , Marmaris , Kleopatra adasına ( tekne aktarması) gidebilirsiniz . Datça, İskele mahallesi merkezindeki kumluk plajında bulunan evimiz denize sıfır konumdadır, bina 1 yaşındadır, içi yeni döşenmiştir, kendine ait müstakil girişi vardır, iki katlı evin ikinci katındadır. Binada aynı katta başka bir daire yoktur, balkonundan güneşin doğuşunu ve dolunayı seyretmek çok keyiflidir. Önündeki plaj temiz olup denize gönül rahatlığıyla girilebilir.
