The Breezeway Retreat is a brand new luxe coastal retreat located on our small acreage property at Peregian Beach on the Sunshine Coast. We are located minutes from the shores of beautiful Lake Weyba where we are immersed in nature. Our property is located in a quiet acreage pocket of Peregian Beach. Sunshine Coast Rural Retreat, 180 Coastal Views

This home is in a secluded, elevated location with breathtaking views and only a short drive to the best Sunshine Coast beaches. Surrounded by nature and trees it will take you only moments to relax and unwind. The open plan kitchen and living areas look over the large deck and to the pool. There are two indoor fireplaces and an outdoor firepit to enjoy during the cooler months, perfect to relax by with a glass of wine. The bedrooms are well appointed with a homely feel and comfortable beds.

Riverdell Retreat

Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast highlands overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Nightly rate includes 2 Adults (sleeps 4) and firewood each night. Pet fee is separate for extra hygienic clean.

The Lodge 5 Star Pet Friendly

As you step into The Lodge, you are greeted by the inviting ambiance of a large well-appointed accomodation that reflects the tranquillity of its natural surroundings. The interior boasts a harmonious fusion of earthy tones and contemporary furnishings, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your stay. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and wildlife that surrounds The Lodge, watch kangaroos hopping by the windows and a variety of bird species adding to the symphony of sounds.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Only 15 minutes from Noosa Main Beach and 5 minutes from Eumundi Markets, our guest house is an oasis for relaxation and adventure.

Sunrise SEA-esta, Walk to beach & local cafe

*No Schoolies/Events/Parties – Just relaxing holidays! Spacious & modern with a private pool (heated in Winter months) and only a short walk to the boardwalk down to the beach. Perfect family accommodation. Sunrise SEA-esta is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom beach house with multiple living spaces, plenty of room for the whole family and very well equipped for children. If you can get them out of the pool, they will love the separate DVD area, games, toys, books and lots of movies.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Bird Song Valley is just 1klm from the heart of the beautiful hinterland town of Montville on the Sunshine Coast. So close to everything that Montville has to offer but with the seclusion and peace and quiet so many of us desire. Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a group up to 6 people, Bird Song Valley has something for everyone. Note base rate is for 2 guests only twin share. Please note there is no lift on property. Only Stairs access

Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
