Wild West Saloon w/Hot Tub, Arcades, Firepit &More

Just 3 miles from I-5! This historic building was built in 1905 & served as the towns Confectionary and later a grocery store. We spent 2023 transforming it into a little slice of the Wild West (with a twist) full of antiques, & fun decor to make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time but with all the modern day comforts. Pull up a stool in the Saloon, or gather ‘round the poker table & enjoy music from a 1900’s player piano. We also have a fun arcade room, a jail for fun photo ops & more!

Urban Cottage Suite

The relaxing farmhouse decor of the Urban Suite provides an island of luxury in a hip neighborhood. Conveniently located minutes to downtown Olympia, the waterfront, the capital, farmers market, waterfront and restaurants. It’s a perfect location for travelers looking to experience the local vibe. Visitors can enjoy our quaint neighborhood bakery right around the corner and enjoy mission creek park from the back yard. The Suite is very private. There is an age requirement of 21 yrs old.

20 acre retreat across from brewery

Escape to a peaceful retreat on 20 acres with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus an office - room for everyone! Enjoy views in all directions from the huge deck with large outdoor dining table and charcoal grill. On clear nights, enjoy spotting the Milky Way or be amazed by bright moon and stars. Open the windows to hear the chorus of frogs in the creek, just a short stroll through the field away. Large fenced yard will keep dogs and kids out of the creek, yet still have plenty of room to run.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Cascade Mountains to the Pacific Ocean, Portland to Seattle . Nestled in the woods, perfect spot for whatever you have in mind. Fish, Hunt, Hike, Ski, Shop, Antiques, Art, Dine, Festivals, Lakes, Kayaking, Breweries, Wineries. Our quest house is about 600 sq ft. & sleeps 4 adults - 1 queen bed and pull-out sectional. Kitchenette complete with coffeepot, mini fridge, microwave, toaster/air fryer oven, dishes, pots and pans & more.

Cottage in the Gardens

Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

Hillside Hideaway Tiny House

If you are looking for a memorable experience as well as a comfortable place to rest during your travels in the PNW, our tiny house may be just the spot for you! Feed our resident farm animals treats, enjoy the views of the valley and river below from the outdoor covered seated area, or snuggle and read a good book in this super cozy setting. This tiny home is on an active small family hobby farm and near a house we are building, so please be sure to read the full listing for information.

This small cozy log cabin is nestled in southwest Washington green wilderness. Find yourself peacefully snuggling in the swing on the front porch, listening to the birds chirping, hawk calling and frogs croaking. We are close to the airport, Amtrak station, art and culture, parks, and city center. You’ll love our retreat...the outdoor space, the comfy bed, and the amenities. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families alike will enjoy the comforts of home away from home!

Batwater Station Tiny Cabin on the Columbia River

Experience an otters view of the Columbia river at the cabin which is remote from the other buildings. It includes heat, good internet, several streaming TV channels and trundle bed that makes into king size bed with cabinets and cold water sink. Your retreat includes gazebo with propane barbecue, fire pit and outhouse. Bedding, cookware, dishes, oil, coffee, tea, coffee pot, etc. are provided as well. Access to pier house includes heated shower and bathroom along with full kitchen.

Olympia Capitol Cottage

Sweet, detached studio cottage located in the Capitol Campus neighborhood that's within walking distance to the capitol and downtown. Let yourself in with a keycode through the french doors to vaulted ceilings and an open, spacious, cozy feel. Basic kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & mini-frig. Watch Netflix on the smart TV (or sign in and out of your personal apps). In addition, we installed a ductless mini-split heat pump/air conditioner for your comfort.

The Boho Retreat

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment! Just a couple blocks from the main strip, you’ll enjoy all the amenities of downtown living, with the peace and quiet of a sleepy neighborhood. Spread out in a KING BED, relax in the OPEN-CONCEPT common space, and engage in some friendly competition in the GAME ROOM where you’ll find a foosball table, board games, and a Lego wall! It’s the perfect spot for people of all ages. 10 minute drive to the Great Wolf Lodge!

Three of Earth Farm: Private entry, patio w/view

Looking for a cozy personal retreat, a central location for adventure, or just a place to spend a few nights or a weekend? This quiet hillside home with amazing views is ten minutes from I-5 and just outside of town. The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. (P.S. There is no cleaning fee.)
