It is perfect for a family or two couples, with(out) a child. Located in the very city center, the apartment is a part of a historical 19th-century building, completely renovated and adapted to the needs of the modern lifestyle, still keeping the original stone-tile facade. The apartment includes a very nice private courtyard - ideal for reading, relaxing and eating. It has two bedrooms, a toilet with a shower, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all cutlery and serving sets, that you might need). In the apartment, you also have a washing/drying machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, AC and a Bluetooth speaker. Our guests are kindly invited to enjoy all the areas of the apartment, including the private courtyard, kitchen, and laundry-closet. Metro do Porto, covers the entire city, and connects to the airport. The central station of Trindade is far from the apartment 350 meters. It consists of two full bathrooms, one with separate shower and toilet cabin, 2 bedrooms, and an integrated kitchen room, with all appliances, in which there is a 1.35 sofa bed. Coffee and infus Open up the tall wooden shutters and let in the Spanish sun at a cool, contemporary abode with rustic wooden beams and elegant paneling. Statement white headboards and geometric accents bring the period space up to date. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a renovated traditional building with lift. There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. La Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods. There are quite a few nightlife spots, but the area is known as having the best concentration of tapas bars. La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid inside the city walls. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car.

A diario viven 5 habitantes por lo que la calma está asegurada. Piedrahita está a 10min. en coche, para hacer compras. A solo 30 minutos de muchos sitios de interés: zona de vuelo de Peñanegra, Valle del Corneja, estación de esquí La Covatilla, valle del Jerte y muchas rutas que puedes hacer a pie y también en bici.
