Enjoy the wonderful wildlife which include bald eagles, osprey, beavers, ducks and many more. If you’re hungry, you can order delicious pizza from a real Sicilian in town or fine dine at the Accomac Inn which is just a 5 minute walk down river. Perfect road for a walk, run, or bike ride. This place is truly a relaxing home away from the everyday hustle. Please come enjoy. Close to major highways and sits between Lancaster and York (20 minute drives).

The Creek House: Waterfront with Hot Tub & E-bikes

Nestled between the NCR Rail Trail and two flowing creeks, this location offers both adventure and relaxation at its finest. Explore the over 40 mile bike trail via E-bike, soak in the hot tub while you enjoy sounds of the creek, or ride the train right through the front yard! This idyllic cabin features professionally designed spaces that are sure to please!

The Hen House

This 26 foot long tiny home has all you need for a cozy trip away whether it be for business or pleasure. There is a full kitchen with a gas range, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The fridge will be stocked with a half dozen of our very own eggs! There is a smart tv located in the living area with a small dining table as well. The loft hosts a queen size bed perfect for two. The bathroom has a full-sized shower and tub. There is air conditioning and heat via a mini-split.

Private Home on Rustic Farm

The Loomis House is a cozy loft cabin on private property. Free from the distractions of the outside world, but with all the conveniences of modern life. Deep Run Farm enjoys a quiet setting on the grounds of a colonial-era farm. Some of the original structures on the property date to the 1800s. This perfect rustic setting is conveniently close to shopping and major highways (US 30 and Interstate 83). Come to disconnect and enjoy the wildlife, or just for a quick lay-over in a quiet space.

This quaint country cottage is nestled in the Redwoods on our Dillsburg property away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. Relaxing, quiet, not visible from the road but close to: ~ Round Top Mountain Resort ~Paulus Mt Airy Orchards ~Yellow Breeches Creek ~Messiah University. (all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! (all within15 miles)

If you have more than two guests, just let us know—we’re happy to make arrangements with an air mattress. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re planning a weekend ski trip to Roundtop or just looking for a quiet getaway.

Newly renovated home features all of the modern amenities families enjoy. A large island, a dining table large living room, a bright sunroom with plenty of seating, as well as a sun porch with a bistro table & chairs, outdoor seating, & 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs each has a queen size bed. The home is a minute's walk from our popular home decor boutique, Gray Apple Market. A 10 minute drive to downtown York & other popular destinations such as the York Fairgrounds.

Perched on an outcrop overlooking the Conewago mountains, this sweet tiny home for 2 offers a stylish, relaxing getaway where you can slow down for a few days with your favorite human. Cozy up on the hammock with a good book, spend the day on the lake with our two complimentary kayaks, roast marshmallows over the fire, sip wine to a spectacle of fireflies, settle into rocking chairs for some stargazing, and wake up happy 😊
