Brand-new, ADA-compliant, pet-friendly studio in the heart of Kendall Yards—connected to Uprise Brewery and steps from shops and the Centennial Trail. Enjoy organic bedding, premium coffee, free WiFi, and local artwork by Ben Joyce Studios. Open-concept layout with a queen-size Murphy bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a kitchenette with mini fridge and bar area. Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.

Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

I live on 4225 west Crown ave the best way to access crown is off of Assembly take a right as you head East on Crown I am the 5th house on the right and it is red=steel siding, I drive a Red TOY Highlander that is typically in the drive way In the pictures I had a gold TOY Highlander at one time but now I got a red one Because I hit a deer with the gold one.
