The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. Historic condo in the Arcade Providence, a registered National Landmark built in 1828 as the first indoor mall in the US. This exact unit was featured on the Rachel Ray show and described as “the coolest, smallest apartment [they’ve] ever been in.” Enjoy a living area with large TV, small kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom that sleeps two.
