You will be close to Tucson Amtrak and downtown Flixbus. This apartment is in a 1-story duplex. Dunbar has rain gardens, native plants, wildlife, public art, and historical buildings. You should expect occasional noise from railroad crossings on the south side of the neighborhood and festival music from downtown.
