Our guest house being located near the beach is cool and comfortable throughout the year. You can open the sliding door to enjoy fresh air and vegetation. Our area just had a new building few meters away and the care taker loves listening to radio he is deaf and radio could be load. We always reminded him to turn it down but sometimes he is difficult. We have 3 dogs, chickens and ducks so they are noisy too! Sometimes there are guest upstairs so you may hear their footsteps.

Sleeping arrangement is based on 2 Divan chairs and an extra floor mattress. (More than 2 guests comes with an additional fee). The room has its own balcony that oversees the city and the living room has the view of Mt. Talinis The guest room has its own private Toilet & Bath on the 2nd floor.
