Our house is walking distance from shops, cafes, shopping centres, cinemas, parks and public transport. Luas Stop is a 15 minute walk away. Half hr by bus to city centre. We can collect guests from the Dublin Airport Aircoach stop in Dundrum on request.

The property is located beside University College Dublin and in close proximity to the RDS and the Aviva Stadium. The DART train line is also nearby and the area is on a bus corridor taking 20 minutes to Dublin city centre. Both St Vincents Hospital and the Blackrock Clinic are a 20 minute walk. There are many good bars and restaurants nearby including Bianconi's, Gleesons, Merrion Inn and the Radisson Hotel.
