The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. Visit the Pacific Northwest in our newly remodeled tiny home. Our location offers you easy access to the Dungeness spit and landing, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s located about 10 minutes to shopping, restaurants and gas stations and about a 10 minute walk to the water, which is so worth the sunsets. Wifi and a well stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are also included. This listing shares a driveway with a separate RV listing, but you will have your own parking spot.
