Stay on the quieter side of the trails! Unique log cabin nestled remotely mountains of Eastern Kentucky on 140 acres. This 1800’s style cabin was built with logs harvested from this area but updated with those modern amenities we can’t live without. The cabin is furnished with furniture and details from local artisans showcasing the talent of eastern Kentucky. Hike or ride your ATV along the trails or just relax on the porch or by the fire pit! You will need 4WD or AWD to access this cabin.

Suite on Sunset Ridge, 26 acres and a small pond.

This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

It is conveintly located just 1.5 miles south of I-64 at exit 11. 3.5 miles from downtown Huntington. A wash room with full size washer and dryer. The pond has a dock and is fully stocked. A king master suite with a shower ,bath tub. A bunk room w/ 4 long bunks. Upstairs a balcony / queen bedroom overlooking the downstairs.
