The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.
