*Proudly renovated Aug ‘26* Tucked away and attached to my house, the space features a private entrance and back patio with a separate fenced back yard in a wooded backdrop ideal for weary travelers and their dogs. This 500 sq ft in-law suite has rustic charm with real comfort. After more than 3 years of Superhosting the space it now has two beautifully appointed bedrooms (King/Full). The suite includes a redesigned living area, full kitchen, both bedrooms, and a fresh bathroom with a 6ft tub.

Charming 1-bedroom, snuggled away 3 miles from UNC. Lots of character + natural light. Free bus stop across the street. It's on the highway, behind a privacy fence and trees, so the traffic noise is muted. Great for UNC games, the hospital, and visiting students. We call our place RunawayJin. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This private space is attached to a 1940s trendy home located in the 5 points area of Raleigh. Artfully curated, the apartment offers its guests a queen bed, private bath, small fridge and microwave, and coffee, with towels and linens included! The large deck is the perfect place to enjoy an early morning coffee or tea, or to sit and listen to music at night under the strand lights. You won’t be disappointed!

Private Sunny Suite- Walk to Downtown

Private entrance and suite in our family home. This is the perfect home base for exploring all that Durham has to offer- walk to restaurants/bars/coffee shops/ music venues. Walk downtown, or take a short Uber or Lyft to DPAC or a Bulls game. 2 miles to Duke. We live upstairs, so you will hear us, but the space is quiet and private. We are available to answer questions or provide recommendations. We frequently hang out in the yard with family and friends- feel free to join us!

We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!
