The promenade is a 2-minute walk (40 meters). The building is close to everything needed for a comfortable stay: three supermarkets, mini markets, a clinic (medical care), pharmacies, a bank, and a bus stop. The Adriatic Hotel, 200 meters away, offers spa services, a sauna, a hammam, and a seawater pool.
