This amazing, newly renovated cabin, is peaceful, refreshing and nestled into a quiet wooded area. Fully stocked with all the amenities you might need. Enjoy an evening at the fire pit, dinner on the deck under the moon light and settle into the hot tub with a night cap. Near by attractions are a short distance away. These interests include Linville Caverns & Falls, Grand Father mountain, Wilson Creek, The scenic Blue-ridge Parkway, Jonas Ridge Snow tubing and Historical Downtown Morganton.

The Cottage at Pine Ridge

Relax with the family at this completely updated cottage built in the 1940s. Featuring two bedrooms with plenty of comfy relaxing area. Enjoy the backyard with a hot tub (inflatable), and night lighting. Grill on the charcoal or relax at the fire pit. Just in earshot of the apple orchard where you can satisfy your taste buds with a crisp fresh apple, apple cider slushy, or fried apple pie. Although rural this home is only 4 miles from interstate 40! Approx an hour from Asheville and Charlotte.

Mary Ida’s Place in-town, walkable location

Near Old Fort's downtown, restaurants, shops, brewery & winery within a few blocks. Hiking & cycling trails in Pisgah National Forest are close. It has a spacious layout and an outdoor, covered porch to enjoy the seasons. Designed for two, four can be accommodated using the sofa bed. Stocked with all the amenities you'll need to enjoy your stay and maybe a few extras, including coffee from a local roaster, teas and homemade bread. If it isn't available, check Railway Rest, a mile from town.

Cozy cottage with one bedroom (queen bed) and bath has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors, granite counter tops, kitchen appliances and w/d. There is a nice little deck out back with a charcoal grill or enjoy a quiet evening around the fire pit out front. Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

We offer you the opportunity to have a stocked refrigerator and bar waiting upon your arrival ( with 7 day’s advance notice)

Escape the noise of your everyday world at our National Wildlife Federation Certified Habitat! Your space is a 700 sf, 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bath area above (exterior stairs) our garage. We have a gravel, long, steep driveway (AWD\FWD ARE RECOMMENDED) & we’re tucked in down at the bottom of a 10 acre forest. No internet, wifi or tv service, but we guarantee you a better connection to nature! Unplug, disconnect and take in, savor the magick that is Tamarca Hollow!

A spacious private studio w/it's own entrance, outdoor sitting area, bathroom, simple kitchenette & heat/air -w/keyless entry & self check-in. Uniquely designed passive solar & earth bermed into the forest. Located on 5 acres in a mtn holler very near the western border of S. Mtns State Park (est drive time/mins: 10 Morganton, 20 Marion, 30 Hickory, Rutherfordton & Shelby, 40 Black Mtn). Exterior staining underway as weather/timing permit.
