Our goal is rest and renewal for our guests so they return home ready to serve others and encouraged to spend regular time in prayer and God's Word. Relaxing is also a part of renewal so on-site activities and the surrounding communities offer plenty of recreation and tourism opportunities. Marmutt Woods is a place to step out of daily distractions to relax and refocus. Small but cozy apartment like setting. Fresh modern updates give you the outdoors feel that Northern WI provides, as well as the modern feel that many enjoy. The living room provides you with a comfortable couch to relax, with a lake view. A full sized deck to relax on. One bedroom provides you with the typical bed/dresser setup for a great night of sleep. While the 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed (2 single beds), it also doubles as a office space which you can do your work while away from home.

5 minute walk to downtown or Cranberry Fest! Eagle River Trailside is right in Eagle River directly on the atv/snowmobile trail. Launch your boat on the chain nearby in summer. 100 foot long and flat driveway for parking. Central air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower/tub, kitchen, and living room. WIFI with Hulu and Roku TV is included. We provide a pet free stay so we cannot accept service animals or pets. Extra guests over four will be charged a $100 per night fee.

The #5 Snowmobile/ATV trail runs across the front of the property along Hwy 51 and we are surrounded by many area lakes and the Northern Highland State Forest.

Our Breakfast at Tiffany House sits on Yellow Birch, has dock/water access for your toys, is a short walk from downtown shopping and events. You'll find everything you need, including tons of extras to make you feel at home, with lake home themes and pops of Tiffany Blue throughout. Room for parking trailers, close to snowmobile/ATV trails and snowmobile/boat rentals! We supply 2 adult kayaks, 1 children’s kayak, 2 inflatable paddle boards, and life jackets. Incredibly peaceful and cozy! Enjoy a cocktail on our private river side dock, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, or play games and catch a movie inside! Kayak down the river, lounge on the deck, or play bag toss in the backyard! Many ATV/UTV/Biking/hiking trails within a few miles
