The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. It’s a pleasant alternative to central suburbia with ample bird life and a flurry of much-loved pets. It has an elevated, leafy outlook and you’ll love the sense of external space surrounding you. There are beautiful beaches and headland walks to explore nearby. It is not a farm & there can be some road noise in the day.

Downstairs area, self-contained, 2 large bedrooms, bathroom/shower, separate toilet ,lounge, deck, pool .It is private but part of the house so expect some noise from everyday activities. Own entrance at the side, down a slope with pavers which is slippery when it rains and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The space, in a single level home is private and quiet with leafy views to the north. Guests have their own entrance, en-suite bathroom and a small, light food preparation area. There’s also a private balcony with a BBQ. Original artworks in the bright and airy room make it unique.
