It has all the modern amenities you need in the midst of Nature. Space is sufficient but limited. Tiny is located inside "Lone Pine Mobile Oasis" RV PARK, on the west side of HWY 395, and Lubken Canyon. There is Hwy noise and there are neighbors. Semi's do drive the Hwy during the night. The cottage is also a perfect location for a peaceful getaway where you can spend time simply relaxing amidst classic California scenery: oaks, pines, and the ever-changing skies.

Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located on a private road. The bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed.

We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

The unit is accessed by way of a secure indoor hallway. This condo is about as close as you can get to restaurants, bars & events in Mammoth Lakes. Free public transportation is less than 1/2 a block from the front door. This is a private one bedroom, with one bath and a pullout sofa bed in the living room.
