There are also tons of great restaurants, bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, Nemours Children’s Hospital and so much more to see and do.

Cool Springs Small Townhouse

This 2-floor apartment is a short drive from most of Wilmington’s attractions and conveniently located near I-95, making it easy to get to other nearby cities as well. It will feel like your own small private townhouse with its private entrance and front deck. You can also easily walk to restaurants located downtown. You will be able to prepare meals in the kitchen and enjoy them in the adjacent dining room. The larger bedroom has a desk for the student/ working traveler.

This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". On days we are open enjoy a $15/day credit to our cafe next door. Please enjoy your stay! We are so sorry but no pets allowed.

Free WiFi and large smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Deck off of the kitchen and upstairs deck off of the bedroom. Laundry located in bedroom upstairs. NO CLEANING FEE

Two miles from Longwood Gardens and six from Winterthur and Brandywine River museums, the apartment is ideally located for exploring Brandywine Valley sites and historic Kennett Square.
