SUGARBUSH - Sweet Serenity Tiny House

Welcome to SUGARBUSH! "Suga" is a 450 sq. ft. custom built tiny house. She will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or a family with 2 small children. AGE REQUIREMENT to book this space is 25+. At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley.

Welcome to Alice’s Place your little retreat in the Appalachian Mountains! You may wake up to the smell of our smoker cooking something delicious! Maybe you will get a sample to try our bbq sauce that awaits you! Relax by the outdoor fire pit and make some s’more’s, or cozy up by the indoor fireplace with your favorite book. Enjoy a walk at the beautiful Cathedral State Park, just a 5 min drive. The smallest church in 48 states is just a 13 min drive. Such a fun, unique place.

Rustic Luxe Cabin (4x4 Required)

Situated on 10 acres and surrounded by a 600-acre nature conservancy, Rustic Lux is a new construction that fuses the charming details of a rustic cabin with high-end modern luxury. Guests can enjoy complete privacy with quick access to all the wonders of Deep Creek Lake! Rustic Lux is only 4 miles from the lake and Wisp Ski Resort. The road back to the cabin is a little rough but is pretty flat and in no way dangerous. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles.

Surrounded by nearby state parks like Blackwater Falls, Canaan Valley, and Cathedral, this cozy retreat offers easy access to hiking and sightseeing. Wintertime readiness: When we have snow, 4-wheel or All-wheel drive will be best. Watch the weather. Un plug at Tree House. The cabin now has Wi Fi. There is also a DVD player w/ DVDs. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.

It lies at the edge of the Dolly Sods wilderness, has forest views from every room, and a sauna. The location provides easy access to tons of hiking and is only 2.5-3 hours from Washington DC. It's as close as you can get to Dolly Sods without camping! 4WD needed in the winter.
