Enjoy the hot tub and take in breathtaking mountain views from the balcony for a peaceful and relaxing escape. We are far enough from town to be surrounded by nature with frequent moose visits & exceptional northern lights, while still fairly close to restaurants and shopping (30 min). Some great local activities are heli rides, snowmachine expeditions, hiking and much more!

Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Wake up to Pioneer Peak views in this private log studio tucked into the Butte. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for quiet, comfort, and quick access to Palmer, hiking, and fishing. It’s a great location for all that Butte, Alaska has to offer, including the famous Reindeer Farm just down the road. It’s a comfy studio with kitchenette and refrigerator. Perfect for an adventurous getaway in Alaska! PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A SECONDARY UPSTAIRS UNIT ABOVE THIS STUDIO.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Guest Suite -Bigger Than a tiny home

This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.

Cozy apartment in Chugiak

We are hosting a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful 2.5 acre property. You have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance. This property is easily accessible, 30 minutes North of Anchorage and 30 minutes South from the MatSu Valley , just far enough to be out of the city, but still close to many amenities and excellent outdoor opportunities including hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing.

Cute, simple, studio home all to yourself

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Occasional moose sleep in the yard as additional guests. The legendary Valley wind rarely gets to this spot! The bike path is 100 yards away to Palmer or to the South Face of the Butte to climb. Longer stays available with cost savings, just ask. Booking window is opened up only 2 weeks ahead but ask for additional availability further ahead.

We are 30 minutes from downtown Anchorage, 10 minutes from the nearest store, and only 5 minutes off the Glenn Highway - but the views will make you feel like you travelled much further into the woods.
