It's part of a two unit complex with its own back yard, refrigerated AC, and washer/dryer.

There is one KING bed & ONE FUTON sofa, a kitchenette, HEPA filter and lovely full bathroom. Once upon a time this space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted.
