A 40km dalla riviera romagnola, ci si trova immersi nel pieno delle colline verdi e soleggiate dove oltre a rilassarsi nella piscina a disposizione( apertura estiva stagionale),si possono praticare diverse attività all’aperto, tra le quali il trekking, le escursioni in bici e tanto altro. The house is ideal for those looking for relax in an atmosphere impossible to find in the most famous tourist locations. Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
