You will have to climb stairs but won't have any overhead footsteps or noises. The gym and pool area IS NOT available to guest. Desert Breeze Aquatic Center is a great local indoor/outdoor water park that is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 12pm-5pm. This park is .6 miles away, about a 3 minute drive and 9 minute walk.
