The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Hershey area, with many attractions, is less than an hour away/Close to Amish attractions/3 miles off Ephrata 222 exit & 8 miles from Denver turnpike exit

Unwind in this peaceful, rural cottage with beautiful views of the valley in the historic town of Lititz, PA. The cottage is located on the property of an 1860's Farmhouse with lots of character and charm. In the spring and summer enjoy the beautiful flower gardens on the property. Enjoy relaxing on the covered patio and take in the views of the surrounding farmland. A short 5 minute drive will take you downtown for shopping, restaurants, Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz Springs Park and more!

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

The Cottage at Legacy Manor

The Cottage at Legacy Manor is a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat, perfect for a couples or solo getaway. It features a full kitchen, comfortable living area, heated floor in the bathroom, and a king-sized bed, blending rustic charm with modern conveniences. A small outdoor space with a fire pit and charcoal grill (firewood and supplies provided) makes evenings relaxing. Located in the heart of Lancaster County, the Cottage offers easy access to local attractions while providing a unique stay.

Beloved Chateau (with Hot Tub)

The Beloved Chateau is a guest suite in a character house in Adamstown. You will relax in a hot tub, enjoy a comfortable bed with a newly renovated, modern bathroom. The tv is a 55 inch TV with access to your personal streaming accounts. Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.

First Floor Home in the Woods Near Amish Country

Beautiful ground floor and handicap accessible apartment in the woods in the heart of PA Dutch Country. Only 5 miles from the Denver exit of the PA turnpike. 40 minutes from Hershey Park, 20 minutes from Sight and Sound and All major Amish Country attractions and 10 minutes from Antique shopping in Adamstown. We are located right in the center of all the things you come to Lancaster County to see. Close to it all yet back in the woods for some peace and quiet when you’re done for the day.

Found in the heart of Lancaster County Amish country, our country style suite apartment is only 15-20 minutes from historic Lititz, Ephrata and Lancaster. Private entrance and space with a bedroom and full bath adjacent to our garage. Countryside airbnb with the luxury of a location in town. We adhere to the airbnb cleaning requirements to ensure your space is thoroughly disinfected. We welcome long term guests. No smoking or vaping on premises please. not ADA /wheelchair compatible

Have a cozy weekend away on our country homestead, explore our local antique markets, discover Lancaster, experience Amish country, we look forward to hosting you! Please explore our backwoods, wade in the stream, or have a sampling of what we are harvesting on the Homestead! Local traffic does get a bit noisy, but this does not take away from your privacy or enjoying nature Come & Enjoy!

You might see/meet Dave (who lives next door) when he's coming and going, he's a great neighbor and will respect guests privacy.

Recently updated Cape Cod located in New Holland within walking distance of restaurants, a grocery store and New Holland Agriculture. The highlights of Lancaster County are easily accessible, including Lancaster (10 miles) Intercourse (Rt. 340) (5.5 miles) and Shady Maple Smorgasbord (4.3 miles).
