Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor of a 2 story, 5 unit apartment building sitting on a corner lot. Guests get 1 off street parking spot and access to the shared side yard. This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Allentown. It is fully furnished and includes everything you will need to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. This is 1 of 3 airbnbs located in a historic multi-unit home. This space is the perfect getaway for couples, business stays, and traveling nurses. It is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, steps away from Allen St. The front door opens to a small park that was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted in 1887.

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
