Luxury Village Guesthouse

New construction. Very quiet setting with property manager on-site. Guest house is attached to the side of a garage, and detached from the main house with a shared yard. It provides a private space with park-like views. Sub Zero professional grade appliances, radiant flooring, indoor/outdoor gas fireplaces, and a hot tub. A pull-out queen sofa is in the living room. No smoking. No pets please. A family of deer live in the backyard, and ticks are present off the deck. Walking distance to village!

Hidden Parkside Carriage House near everything.

This beautifully redone 1915 Carriage house that is just 2 blocks from Delaware park , The zoo and the Darwin Martin house. Fully updated with plenty of room to cook and relax. 55in Smart tv and all brand new furniture. If you do not want to drive it is a 2 block walk to the train that can take you right downtown, Canalside or the Keybank Center (Sabres Arena) . Located right off the 33 so minutes to the airport , downtown and about 20 minutes to Niagara Falls and 20 to Highmark Stadium.

The Gate Lodge at Mason Manor

We are a charming guest house nestled on a historic five-acre estate in Akron, NY, where we specialize in bridal parties and wedding weekend stays. Built in 1956 by Ford S. Mason, the founder of Ford Gum & Machine, this picturesque retreat is affectionately known as 'the Gumball Mansion'. Our newly renovated 1,500 sq ft ranch house offers luxurious accommodations for up to six guests, making it the perfect venue for bridal parties and weekend getaways.
