Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.

Queen memory foam bed, fast wifi, patio, kitchenette, micro, fridge, Keurig, desk. Note: There is no kitchen sink, the bathrm has a tall faucet. Bedroom w/Roku TV, closet, beach gear for 2, central air + mini-split. This suite is sealed off with double locked doors & has a 3rd door between the bedroom & bathrm.

The perfect Adult retreat. This 2 bedroom 2 full bath home stands out with a tropical style garden, large deck and custom outdoor bar. We are located 3.3 miles from I-10. You can unwind in the European style library, watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best.
