Fully equipped Camper (A/C, heat), with a spacious front porch. Max: 4 occupants. Queen bedroom. Futon inside the camper sleeps one, bunk beds sleep 2 children <10yo. Large futon on the porch sleeps two. Full kitchen. Composting toilet and outhouse (no flush toilet). Indoor tiny shower, plus an outdoor shower + washer/dryer. Close to Elizabethtown, Essex. Pet friendly; 32 acres of woodland with trails that take you to ledges with views of Coon Mt. Easy access from I-87, the Adirondack Northway.

Serenity Streams Campground

We offer this renovated camper which sleeps 2 adults and room on floor for cot. Or for children to sleep on floor. Very quiet location on a beautiful stream. Also with camper is fairly large lean too. We have reduced the price because our hot water heater has gone out. We have to do extensive work to do to upgrade which we will do before opening in the spring. We still have the cook stove to heat water up if needed and also heat for chilly nights. Thank you for your patience with this issue!

Adirondack Rustic

YOU MUST SUPPLY LOCATION FOR CAMPER. A generator is not included. Without a generator the interior lights can be used for a few days depending on use. Water tank will not be filled as it requires electric to work. Lights will be the only thing powered. Electric can be hooked up if parked at a residence or campground that supplies it. Delivery is an additional $75 fee outside of the 10 miles radius. Pets are not allowed. Toilet is available, but fills up fast & requires emptying after +-3days.
