Only ten minutes from town, this quiet and peaceful getaway sits in the country surrounded with nature trails and wildlife. It is a short drive (30 minutes) from Crossett, Monticello, Lake Village and a little over an hour to Greenville, MS and Monroe, LA. There is plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy all this area has to offer.

The Shotgun Shack ❤️ of MS Delta

This Shotgun Shack is a genuine cypress board and batten shotgun shack. Construction of the cabin dates back to the late 1920’s, after the Great Flood of 1927. The shack was move to the property and has undergone a complete restoration. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Situated behind the antebellum Burrus Home a.k.a “The Baby Doll House”, near Benoit, MS. There is a gas station in Benoit that sells beverages and snacks but no grocery stores.

Enjoy The Doll House in a cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, consisting of 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. There are also 2 folding beds for additional accommodations. Spacious living room with comfortable seating, 5 smart TVs with accessible Wifi. Relaxing and furnished patio area in gated back yard. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a residential area, the serenity you’ll feel here, tucked away, will be like home. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

The Betty suite cabin is based on a standard hotel room. We have a queen bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee pot. The private bathroom include a large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each room has high-speed Internet with a flat screen, smart TV. This building was the original home of our neighbors - Earl and Betty. We moved the structure to the park and turned it into 2 hotel suites.
