The cabin is equipped with air conditioning for those hot summer days and a fire place to stay cozy on those chilly nights. The cabin has 1-double bed and 2-sets of bunk beds. Your sure to make everlasting memories during your stay!

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Oak Grove Cabin

Bring the family to Oak Grove Cabin with lots of room for fun. Located on Ethel Lake, you will have lake access to your own beach with a dock to secure any boat, kayak, canoe, or raft. Perfect for a family getaway. Located just a short drive from nearby towns of Ottertail and Battle Lake and just a short walk to 1910 Sip House (Ages 16+ from May 1-November 1, no exceptions). Close to Balmoral, Thumper Pond and Oakwood golf courses, Glendalough State Park, and snowmobile trail 263.

Lakefront Living on Buchanan Lake

Enjoy over 100 feet of level lake shore on Buchanan Lake. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on over an acre and situated on a dead end road. Year Round Cabin. Cabin sits 30 feet from clear water on private Crane Lake. Pontoon available to rent, $175 a day. Rustic style cabin with all amenities! Included for use: fishing kayak, paddle board, pedal boat, canoe, some floaties, and 3 fishing poles. Just 1 mile from the snowmobile trail. Ice fish on Crane Lake with a portable fish house or drive onto Clitheral Lake. Clitherall Lake public access is 700 feet away for boat or jet ski launching
