Located within a mile of the River Bend Country Club you have access to golf, a marina, kayak launch, community park, local restaurants and more. Only five miles from historic downtown New Bern, and Tryon Palace, you can enjoy shopping in town or take a 45 minute drive to Atlantic Beach. This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

Well-appointed guest cottage in historic New Bern offers all the comforts of home while situating you under 0.5mi from city center. Private bedroom and en suite downstairs, king bed in loft. Kitchen does not have a stove/oven but includes microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge, blender, kettle. Please use our little library to discover new and old treasures!

You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

You also have use of a shared dock off to the side of the property.
