Shopping, dining/entertainment, and the beach—without a car! Relax or grill on the private patio surrounded by fully fenced lawn and gardens. Only a little over a half mile down to the beach. A short distance to bike rentals and the Shining Sea Bikeway for jaunts along the coastline. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard! Two levels with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor; upstairs: a bathroom, master bedroom with a sitting area, a separate office with a desk and queen size bed.

Please note: - Home is professionally cleaned between guests and treated by Terminix, though the occasional bug can still appear. - A car is recommended on Cape Cod. - There are window AC units.
