Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.

The Rock Bluff General Store is right next door, Rock Bluff Springs is across the street.

The kitchen offers a compact fridge/freezer, stove/oven with utensils. Including a Keurig and coffee. The bedroom has a queen size bed and small closet. AC/Heat mini split is located in the bedroom. Wi-Fi. Gated access onto the farm.
