The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. Jericho house sits directly on the beach, with private access. Only a few houses on this section of Tar Bay (one of Exuma’s best beaches) and no public access, which makes it the ideal place to relax and unwind. The house is secluded in a huge, lush garden with many mature palm trees all around the house. It has a direct private stair access to the beach, a deck right above the beach in front of the house, and a rear patio overlooking the garden.Everything is provided, just bring yourselves!

Monkey Sea House, Unit 1

Come relax at this peaceful place to stay!! "Monkey Sea, 1 & 2" is located on the Queens Highway, on Three Sisters Beach, 5 min. from the airport and 15 min. to the Georgetown itself, in the area of Mount Thompson. (The pin Google places us it at is not across from Jolly Hall, it’s actually across from Three Sisters beach. As there are no formal addresses on the island, the “pin” cannot be moved.) There are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and the kitchen and living area upstairs.

High Tide - lovely ocean view escape

High tide is a beautiful ocean view home with beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) and about a 5 minute drive of Sandals Emerald Bay public beach access. Quick 10 minute drive from the airport. Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio. We also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, some snorkel gear, volleyball, frisbee, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Back patio has tables and chairs. Additional chairs are available to pull on to the front patio.
