2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

Small Town Getaway with Space to Spread Out

Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Life slows down even more around the fire pit in the backyard. We hope you enjoy both the inside and outside of our home and encourage you to spend some time in Greenbrier eating, shopping, and playing.

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Newly remodeled! This space is ideal for small families or couples visiting the Little Rock area. Get close to nature without leaving the city! Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 bedroom and a full couch and pull out sleeper sofa in the living room for extra space. Single bathroom with standing shower, Full kitchen with elec. stove, and full refrigerator. Breakfast nook, and separate work desk/chair. The house is recessed on a private gated drive with parking available. Pet friendly.

The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! This three bedroom, two bath room is close to everything in town, but so relaxing you'll feel like your on a spa vacation. You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

The K House

With its charm and elegances, this home is perfect for a nice family get away, right in Conway's sweet spot. Guests are bound to sit back and relax in the luxurious furniture throughout the home as well as take advantage of the appliances this home has to offer like an ice maker and wine cooler. All of Conway's greatest are a short 15-minute drive from this beautiful home! This property is a short distance from the baseball field complex, Baptist college, and UCA.
