This private and spacious guest suite with a separate entrance 35 minutes to Reno and the airport; 40 minutes to NAS Fallon. Between guests, we carefully disinfect ALL touchable surfaces and items - doors, drawers, switches, handles, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. - all are sanitized thoroughly. We want to be sure you feel safe and comfortable as possible. In the winter months, November-April, please check road conditions and carry chains; recommend having a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle.

Located in the heart of downtown Reno, River View B is an efficiency unit on a very high floor of the sought-after Park Towers condos. The gorgeous view of the Truckee River (from the room and the rooftop deck), recent unit renovation with modern furnishings, WiFi, smart TV, and kitchenette make this a perfect temporary housing for traveling professionals or for a weekend getaway. Park Towers is just 2 blocks from Reno's downtown restaurants, bars and shopping; midtown is less than a mile away.

Stay at home in Reno

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.
