The home is only about a 15 minute drive to the sugar sand beaches in Pensacola, 2 minutes to get onto I-110, and 5 minutes from vibrant downtown Pensacola where you can enjoy amazing restaurants and local shops! This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.
