Create memories with the family while roasting s'mores around the gas fire pit and snuggling up with one of the board games provided. Snowmobilers can access the trail a couple miles away by road or by trailering to the Mayville Town Park.

First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. This 1889 newly remodeled farm house is located right across the road from the Comfort Inn and right off the Findley lake exit. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ski resort. Short 20 mins to Erie, Pa and 10 mins from Northeast ,PA. The kitchen has a refrigerator , microwave ,stove and all the gadgets you need to cook with. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just a few miles from Peak n' Peek resort where you can enjoy skiing, cycling, ziplining, segway tours, and restaurants.
