Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

Superior Lakefront Cabin - Beach - Trail Access

Lakefront cabin located at the site of historic Captain's Cove Boat Tours. The interior has been newly renovated to include modern fixtures and finishes to an open floor plan that maximizes the breathtaking views of Lake Superior. For epic panoramas of the lake head out to the yard for a hot cocoa by the bonfire, or a glass of wine at the charming deck on the bluff's edge. Or take the path down to the private beach featuring 280' of pebble and sand shoreline. Access to bike and hiking trails.

Our cabin is certified as Net Zero Ready through the DOE and was designed and built by Timberlyne.

Super cute little cabin perched right above Lake Superior, and only a 2 minute walk down to the lake. This is a real charmer with pine floors, walls and cabinets. Living room, kitchen and deck all overlook Lake Superior. Though simple, the kitchen has all of the essentials for cooking meals and eating in. The fire pit outside is perfect for relaxing by the fire and making s'mores. Situated near great North Shore adventures, like hiking, biking, paddling, golf, skiing, and snowmobiling.

Come enjoy simple living in a rustic, cozy cabin on Lake Superior with 180 degrees of unobstructed views. Directly off highway 61 with convenient access to hiking, biking, golfing, skiing and more. Please note, there is NO running water. Sip a cup of coffee in the screened in porch and enjoy your own bonfire at night. The Acorn of Little Sand Bay Dog Friendly

Modern-rustic, Aframe on 10 wooded acres; beautiful, simple décor, fully equipped kitchen, glass stove top, air-fryer oven, filtered H2O/ice maker. Enjoy a luxurious bathroom, with a heated tile floor, walk-in shower. Towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are provided. King bed in loft and NEW king gel memory foam bed on main floor. Smart TV, wi-fi. Woodstove heats the cabin perfectly as the main heat source. All wood is provided for woodstove and firepit. There is a minisplit heat/ac unit.

Wild Pines Cabin: A-frame w/ Lake Superior views

Enjoy off-grid vibes while being right in the heart of the North Shore. Located 5 minutes from Split Rock Lighthouse, Wild Pines Cabin is a completely renovated 1974 a-frame that sits atop 40 private acres overlooking Lake Superior. During your stay, hike through the property, catch glimpses of wildlife, sip coffee by the fire while taking in the sunrise over the lake, or step out to nearby Gooseberry, Black Beach, or Tettegouche. Romantic Forest Cabin, Sauna, Trail to Beach

Treat yourself to a deluxe stay in this quiet, newly constructed cabin with picture windows, screened porch and barrel sauna. Enjoy long days and sunsets at Corny Beach, a 10 min walk from the cabin along a nature trail. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog ($50 pet fee). A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

The Wandering Moose -Cabin Getaway, with Sauna!

This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.
