Unwind at our on-site SeaRose Spa, w/ a hot tub, saunas, & massage therapy (special guest rates) — part of our BnB property, which also includes two guest suites in the main house.

Open kitchen + living + dining, w/ a wooden pitched ceiling and two sliders overlooking the deck, backyard +marsh. Functional kitchen with Farm sink, DW, cooking and pantry essentials. Two comfortable bedrooms with window AC's, new mattresses, and blackout curtains. Bathroom w/ tub/shower + plenty of towels for beach or house use. Outdoor shower is great in warmer months! Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

Cape Cod Heaven

Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a queen size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. This cottage is not handicap accessible. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!

Cottage at Turtle Crossing

A nature lover’s paradise- sit and watch the tide and enjoy one of Eastham’s beautiful tidal marshes and beach. 5 min walk to first encounter beach or a short drive to some of the Cape’s best beaches. This cozy cottage will make you feel right at home. Enjoy one of the Cape’s most sought after sunsets from the deck or even the couch through our picture window!
